Soluble oils, coolants, and cutting lubricants are identified as metalworking fluids. These fluids with cooling and lubricating properties are used in machining processes. The growth of anaerobic bacteria in the environment causes the formation of hydrogen sulfide gas, which dissolves in water and makes a decrease in pH and acidic properties. Low pH in this environment leads to an acid attack on the surface of metals and causes corrosion and rust, in consequence.
PH stabilizer protects it from changing in aqueous media. This material prevents the solution from becoming acidic, low pH, and corrosion.
It is also used in coolants, soluble oils, cutting oils, tensile and other water-soluble lubricants to avoid pH changes and maintain fluid properties.
This product can be stored closed at the indoor room temperature for at least one year.
It is packaged and supplied in standard 4, 10, and 20-liter gallons and 220-liter barrels.
