Metalworking fluids are used for cooling and lubrication of metalworking processes. These fluids boost the parts quality and the devices’ lifespan by diminishing heat and wear in the process. These fluids are available in mineral, semi-synthetic and synthetic grades. Synthetic fluids contain small amounts of mineral oils.
Semi-synthetic metalworking fluid has amended features including anti-corrosion, anti-wear and anti-friction, cooling, long lifespan, and antibacterial and antifungal properties.
It can be used in a wide range of metalworking processes such as turning, cutting, grinding, etc. on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This fluid with distinctive properties and special additives is also suitable for severe processes under pressure and wear.
This product can be stored closed at the indoor room temperature for at least one year.
Semi-synthetic metalworking fluids are packaged and supplied in standard 220-liter polyethylene containers.
